REVIEW OF PROPOSED REVISIONS TO THE OPERATOR RE-QUALIFICATION PLAN (APPENDIX F TO LICENSE R-61)
I have reviewed the proposed revisions to the Operator Re-qualification Plan for the Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI) Reactor. Given the reactors permanent shutdown status, I found the proposed revisions to be in accordance with the regulations contained in 10 CFR 55 with modifications as outlined in industry standard ANSI/ANS-15.4, Selection and Training of Personnel for Research Reactors.
