Dear Mr Turk:
First, as to the subject of your note today:
A) FUSE USA apologizes for the late reciept of our filing with DVD exhibtts, but as you are aware, tardiness was not the fault of the NRC, nor the fault of FUSE USA, but instead a result of holiday errors out of the control of both parties. (read this to mean Staples, UPS, or a combination of the two).
B) FUSE USA has no objections to your requested extension of time to respond to our Superceding filings, but we are a bit confused here, since we recieved via mail today what we believe to be a "motion to strike/dismiss" our contentions. Has that motion been set aside, or do we still need to respond to it?
For purposes of email, communications, and service of all documents, please use the following contact points:
