ENTERGY'S THIRTEENTH SUPPLEMENTAL DISCLOSURE Pursuant to 10 C.F.R. § 2.336(d), Entergy Nuclear Vermont Yankee, LLC and Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc. ("Entergy") hereby supplements its disclosures as follows. Entergy is providing to each party and to the State of New Hampshire, by separate cover, one (1) compact-disk. This disk contains subsequently obtained or developed non-proprietary documents identified as relevant to the admitted contentions. In addition, one (1) disk containing documents that contain proprietary information is being provided to NEC and DPS pursuant to the Non-Disclosure Agreements executed by these parties.
