The Pre-License Application Presiding Officer (PAPO) Board will not be convening a case management conference at the conclusion of the oral argument on December 5, 2007.
In the Boards November 16, 2007 Order, setting the terms and conditions for the argument, the Board directed that Briefing Parties intending to use argument exhibits shall do so via the Digital Data Management System. Any Briefing Party using argument exhibits should contact the Facility Manager, Joe Deucher at DDMSwebmaster@nrc.gov, to make all necessary arrangements for the use of those exhibits. Making arrangements for the use of argument exhibits other than those filed as part of the Briefing Parties motion papers and answers do not constitute the Boards approval of the use of such exhibits at the argument.
