Dear Administrative Judges:

The Staff wishes to inform the Board of the following developments in Mr. Geisens criminal proceeding. On October 30, 2007 the federal district court jury returned a verdict in the case of David Geisen of guilty on Counts 1, 3 and 4 of the criminal indictment. Rodney Cook, his co-defendant, was acquitted on all charges. The trial of Andrew Siemaszko has been scheduled to begin on May 19, 2008, with a backup trial date of August 11, 2008.
