Upcoming Public Meetings Involving DB To follow-up on the discussion you had earlier today with Craig Hayden, Acting FOD, Ol:Rlll, I offer the following information based on my current understanding and knowledge:
I have had a request in to DOJ regarding the Lochbaum June 18th meeting on whether anyone fm. the Prosecution Team will attend, but have not received any response thus far. Since you are not considered a member of the Prosecution Team, I am unaware of any reason why you can not attend this public meeting, if you so desire.
With regard to the FENOC June 27th meeting, Tom Ballantine, Trial Attorney, DOJ, and possibly other members of the Prosecution Team will attend. Again though, if you wish to attend this public meeting, I am unaware of any prohibition on why you can not attend, if you so desire.
