Nuclear Regulatory Commission Attention: Document Control Desk Washington, DC 20555-0001 Haddam Neck Plant Resubmittal of the Final Status Survey Report for Phase V Revision 2 to the Final Status Survey (FSS) Final Report Phase V was submitted to the NRC on July 12, 2007. This letter resubmits Revision 2 to the Phase V FSS Final Report in hard copy form. It is our understanding that the NRC Document Control Desk cannot find the hard copy of the report that was previously sent to them and cannot read the computer disks that were submitted with the hard copy.

We request that the Document Control Desk expedite placing this document into ADAMS. It is our understanding that this administrative action is delaying issuance of the site release letter for the Haddam Neck Plant.
