On October 12, 2007, FPL Energy announced the following management changes effective January 1, 2008. Mike Kiley, Seabrook plant general manager, will become the Turkey Point plant general manager on a one-year assignment. Paul Freeman, Seabrook's site engineering manager, will replace Mr. Kiley as the Seabrook plant general manager. Michael Pearce, the current Turkey Point plant general manager, will become the senior director of improvement initiatives at Turkey Point to support implementation of the performance improvement program at that site. John Bjorseth, Duane Arnold Energy Center site director, will become director of the process group in the Turkey Point performance improvement support organization.
