Jamie Benjamin Raymond Powell 07/30/07 11:18 AM VY Strike Update Management told us that the Union will almost certainly vote to authorize their leadership to call a strike if there is not agreement to renew the contract prior to the 8/19/07 expiration. This provides the Union with some leverage when the negotiations start. They are going to get me a date this vote will occur.
Final licensee's strike plan should be out by COB tomorrow.
