- Nicole, There are no real updates as far as a new contract being signed, however:
- 1) Contract expiration date is 8/19/07
- 2) They will formally enter negotiations next Monday, 7/16. Entergy management of course would like to get the new contract signed ASAP. Typically at VY agreement is not reached until the 11 th hour.
- 3) Entergy is assembling their "Management Alternative Plan" (aka strike contingency). They currently see no problem implementing it if a strike is called.
- 4) The residents continue to communicate with the licensee.

Jim asked this morning if he could get an update on the August 12 (?) contract expiration... do you have any new info that we can pass along to him?
