Dear Mr. Stall:
This letter confirms the telephone conversation between Mr. J. Connolly of your staff and myself of this office on September 4, 2007, concerning a management meeting (Category One) which has been scheduled for October 24, 2007, at 1:00 p.m. The meeting notice, which provides additional details, is enclosed. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss your corrective action program improvements status, and is being conducted at your request.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter and its enclosure will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR) or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of NRC's Agency wide Document Access and Management System (ADAMS).
