QUALITY ASSURANCE TERMINATION FOR RADIOACTIVE MATERIAL PACKAGES NO. 0835

Dear Mr. Helfrich:

As the result of the final transfer of the Seabrook facility, your Quality Assurance (QA) Program Approval for Radioactive Material Packages No. 0835 is terminated. Therefore, you are no longer authorized to repair, procure, maintain, or use transportation packagings under 10 CFR Part 71 under this docket number. Future 10 CFR Part 71 radioactive material transportation activities should be planned under Docket 71-0169.

Please note that records required by 10 CFR 71.91 and 71.135 are to be retained for a period of three years.
