Dear Mr. Symonds:
On September 5, 2007, the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) administered the generic fundamentals examination (GFE) section of the written operator licensing examination to employees of your facility. Enclosed with this letter are copies of the examination answer key for forms "A" and "B", the grading results for your facility, and copies of the individual answer sheets for each of the individuals taking the examination from your facility.
Please forward the results to the individuals along with the copies of their respective answer sheets. A "P" in the column labeled TOTAL GRADE indicates that the individual achieved a passing grade of 80 percent or better on the GFE, while an "F" in the TOTAL GRADE column indicates the individual failed the examination.
If you have any questions concerning this examination, please contact Dr. George Usova at (301) 415-1064.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter without its enclosures will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRCs Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of the NRC's Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS). ADAMS is accessible from the Electronic Reading Room page of the NRCs public Web site at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html.
