Dear Mr. Brian:
Thank you for your letter of August 24, 2007, in response to our July 26, 2007,
letter and Notice of Violation concerning a security event that occurred between
January 30, 2006, and February 28, 2007. We have reviewed your reply and find it
responsive to the concerns raised in our Notice of Violation. We will review the
implementation of your corrective actions during a future inspection to determine that full
compliance has been achieved and will be maintained.
