September 19, 2007 MEETING NOTICE DATE: October 23, 2007 TIME: 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm LOCATION: U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission One White Flint North 11555 Rockville Pike, Room 4B6 Rockville, Maryland PURPOSE: To discuss Pacific Gas & Electric plans and schedule for fossil repowering project, Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation, and decommissioning and license termination of Humboldt Bay Power Plant Unit 3. Fuel fragment identification will also be discussed.
