Dear Administrative Judges:
The Staff wishes to inform the Board of the following developments in Mr. Geisens criminal proceeding. On September 7, 2007, the U.S. District Judge issued an Order vacating the criminal jury trial of Andrew Siemaszko due to health issues of Mr. Siemaszkos defense counsel. The trial of Mr. Geisen and Mr. Cook was scheduled to begin on October 1, 2007, with voir dire commencing on September 26, 2007.
