KEWAUNEE POWER STATION NRC REGULATORY ISSUE

SUMMARY

2007-17 CORRECTION TO SUBMITTAL FOR PREPARATION AND SCHEDULING OF OPERATOR LICENSING EXAMINATIONS On August 16, 2007, Dominion Energy Kewaunee (DEK) submitted the requested NRC Form 536, "Operator Licensing Examination Data" in response to NRC Regulatory Issue Summary 2007-17. The information submitted incorrectly identified all operators scheduled to be tested (i.e. fifteen) rather than the number of examinations to be given (i.e. one) for the row entitled "Estimated Number of Licensee-Prepared Examination."

The actual number of licensee-prepared examinations needed is one for Calendar Years 2009 and 201 1.

Enclosed is the corrected "Operator Licensing Examination Data" form for Kewaunee Power Station. DEK apologizes for any inconvenience this may have caused.
