Docket 50-156; Change in Operating Organization The following information is submitted in compliance with Technical Specification 6.7c(3) and 10 CFR 50.74.
The following changes in the operating organization are effective September 1, 2007:
Reactor Operator Joseph M. Prazak, license, OP-70525, is terminated. Mr. Prazak has indicated he will graduate from the university and therefore resigned his position.
Victor Goretsky has been appointed to the position of Radiation Safety Officer (RSO) for the University of Wisconsin - Madison (UW). Mr. Goretsky has 35 years experience in the area of radiation safety and health physics and recently comes to the UW after serving 9 years at Mount Sinai Medical Center as the senior health physicist. Mr. Goretsky holds a Masters of Science in Mechanical Engineering from.the Ukrainian Institute of Technology and holds a professional license as a medical health physicist.
As RSO, Mr Goretsky represents the University Radiation Safety Committee as the supervisory entity over the reactor facility and is appointed as a member of the Reactor Safety Committee.
