Notification of Changes in Personnel The purpose of this letter is to inform you of personnel changes at tlhe Radiation Center. In accordance with Technical Specification 6.7.c.3, I would like to inform you that Dr. Michael Hartman will resign his position as Reactor Adninistrator on August 31, 2006. I am happy to say Todd Keller has accepted and will become the Reactor Administrator effective September 1, 2007. Mr. Keller has previously served in this capacity on an interim basis. We are delighted and very fortunate to have him take on the responsibilities of this position once again.
