The Staff has finalized the supplement to the environmental assessment for the Diablo Canyon independent spent fuel storage installation and issued a final finding of no significant impact today, August 30, 2007. The final environmental assessment supplement, an appendix addressing the public comments received and the Federal Register notice can be obtained at ADAMS accession number ML072400303.
