SUBJECT:
regarding a December 16, 2002 The University of Missouri Research Reactor (MURR) is withdrawing a request to amend Facility License R-103.
By letter dated December 16, 2002, MURR requested several changes to the facility Technical Specifications (TS). Included within these changes were revisions to certain TS definitions, limiting conditions for operation, and reporting requirements.
MURR management at this time has decided not to pursue these changes. If there are questions regarding this letter, please contact me at (573) 882-5276. I declare under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct.
