Dear Mr. Lickus:

The Radiological Preparedness Coordinating Committee has completed the review of the updated Illinois Plan for Radiological Accidents (IPRA) - Clinton, Volume VIII, dated 09/07, site specific to the Clinton Power Station.

The plan has been found to conform to Title 44 Code of Federal Regulations, Part 350, and the requirements in NUREG-0654. Enclosed is the final printing of the document dated 09/07, and accompanying maps. All other copies of this plan should be destroyed. Please disregard the State of Illinois statement to sign and return the Acknowledgement of Receipt of Changes, as this applies only to the local jurisdictions for record keeping purposes.
