TENNESSEE VALLEY AUTHORITY - SEQUOYAH NUCLEAR PLANT (SQN) - NATIONAL POLLUTANT DISCHARGE ELIMINATION SYSTEM (NPDES) PERMIT NO. TN0026450 -
SIGNATORY AUTHORITY In accordance with 40 CFR 122.22, this is to inform you that effective August 17, 2007, 1 will be the Sequoyah Site Vice President authorizing the Principal Environmental Engineer to sign and submit all compliance documents related to the Clean Water Act for Sequoyah. The Principle Environmental Engineer is responsible for non-radiological environmental compliance monitoring and as such is authorized to sign DMRs and other NPDES permit required reports. This authorization is to include the Chemistry/Environmental Support Manager and the Chemistry/Environmental Department Manager in the event of the absence of the Principle Environmental Engineer.
