- 3) Rulemaking to take place afterward rulemaking typically a six month process assuming no significant adverse comments b)

IV. Challenges and options in meeting OPPD's proposed schedule for use of the light-weight transfer cask a)
Challenges aggressive schedule given complex nature of the amendment all issues resolved in one round of RAIs may not be realistic given the nature of the amendment request no significant adverse comments during rulemaking process b)
