MILLSTONE POWER STATION, UNIT NO. 3 - CORRECTION OF AMENDMENTS 237, 238, AND 239 DUE TO AN ADMINISTRATIVE ERROR FOR FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE NFP-49

Dear Mr. Christian:

On March 29, 2007, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issued Amendment 237, Issuance of Amendment Regarding Deleting Redundant Surveillance Requirements Pertaining to Post Maintenance/Post Modification Testing (TAC NO. MD0693), Amendment 238, Issuance of Amendment Regarding Steam Generator Tube Integrity (TAC No. MD2571), on May 31, 2007, and Amendment 239, Issuance of Amendment Regarding One-Time 5-Year Extension of Type A Testing (TAC No. MD2458), on June 29, 2007, to Facility Operating License No. NFP-49 for Millstone Power Station, Unit No. 3.1 Subsequently, it was identified that the NRC staff made a few administrative errors, typographical and grammatical in nature, to page 4 of Facility Operating License No. NFP-49.

There is an h missing in the of paragraph (4). In paragraph (5), the n of No. needs to be capitalized. An s needs to be added to disbursements, and "decommissiong" needs to be changed to "decommissioning" in paragraph (5)( c). The s needs to be deleted in agreements in paragraph (5)(d).

These changes are administrative and do not change the safety evaluations issued March 29, 2007, May 31, 2007, and June 29, 2007, for Amendments 237, 238, and 239.

The NRC staff has enclosed the corrected page 4 of Facility Operating License No. NFP-49.
