In response to your question below, the current GE management and technical personnel responsible for licensed activities and materials at both the GE Morris and Vallecitos facilities will become employees of GE-Hitachi Nuclear Energy Americas, LLC following approval of the license transfers by NRC.

- Scott, Regarding technical qualifications, please state whether current GE management and technical personnel responsible for licensed activities and licensed materials at the facilities will be transferred to the GE-Hitachi Nuclear Energy Americas, LLC as employees of GE-Hitachi Nuclear Energy Americas, LLC. If not, please state whether current management and technical personnel responsible for licensed activities and licensed materials at the facilities, if these employees are to remain GE employees, will report directly to the proposed senior management of GE-Hitachi Nuclear Energy Americas, LLC described in the Feb. 23 supplement, following the transfer of the licenses.
