Salem Generating Station Units 1 and 2 Docket Nos. 50-272 and 50-311 License Change Request S07-02 PSEG Nuclear LLC submitted the proppsed change to the Salem Technical Specifications by letter to the NRC dated April 15, 2007.

The,prposed amend ment would modify Technical Specification requirements related to contr6l:6oom-, nv~lope'habit*a*bility in accordance with Technical Specification Task Force Traveler 448, Revision 3, "Control Room Habitability."

The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection's Bureau of Nuclear Engineering reviewed the request in accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 50.91(b). We have no comments.
