Docket No. 50-354 License Change Request (LCR) H07-01 PSEGNuclear LLC (PSEG) submitted the subject, change reqiuest to~the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) on April 17, 20.07.,Th.eproposed change would modify Technical Specifications requirements related to: control.room envelope habitability in accordance with Technical Specification Task Force Traveler 448, Revision 3, "Control Room Habitability."
The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection's Bureau of Nuclear Engineering reviewed the request in accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 50.91 (b). We have no comments.
