Nuclear Regulatory Commission Attention: Document Control Desk Washington, DC 20555-0001 Haddam Neck Plant Revision 2 to the Final Status Survey Report for Phase V Revision 1 to the Final Status Survey (FSS) Final Report Phase V was submitted to the NRC on March 8, 2007. This letter submits Revision 2 to the Phase V FSS Final Report. This revision addresses the addition of a new survey unit, the re-survey of the revised suirvey unit and the updating of the Phase V Final Report (Book 1).
