The New.Jersey Department of Environmental Protection's (DEP) Bure au of Nuclear Engineering (BNE) has reviewed both the proposed Facility Operating License amendment and the proposed No SignificantHazardsCgonsideration Determination. Based on these reviews in conjunction with variousldiscussionsand-meetings with the NRC and PSEG, the BNE has no comments on either the-proposed amendment or the proposed no significant hazards determination.,,:
