ENTERGY'S EIGHTH SUPPLEMENTAL DISCLOSURE Pursuant to 10 C.F.R. § 2.336(d), Entergy Nuclear Vermont Yankee, LLC and Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc. ("Entergy") hereby supplements its disclosures as follows. Entergy is providing to each party and to the State of New Hampshire, by separate cover, one (1) compact disk. This disk contains subsequently obtained or developed non-proprietary documents identified as relevant to the admitted contentions. In addition, hard copies of documents identified as containing proprietary information are being provided to NEC pursuant to the Non-Disclosure Agreements executed by NEC Counsel and NEC's consultant Ulrich Witte.
