Texas A&M Nuclear Science Center License R-83, Docket No. 50-128 Change to Physical Security Plan,,Dated January 1995, First Revision In accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(p)(2) the Texas Engineering Experiment Station, Texas A&M University System, Nuclear Science Center (NSC) is making a change to its Physical Security Plan which is dated January 1995 (First Revision). This change is made without prior Commission approval since it does not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the plan as allowed by 10 CFR 50.54(p)(2). The change to the plan is described as follows:
