ISSUANCE OF A PARALLEL PERFORMANCE INDICATOR INSPECTION FINDING (WHITE)
This Revision 1 to RN-07-041 is to inform the Commission that the issuance of the parallel finding (White) discussed in RN-07-041 (ML071770587), dated June 26, 2007, will be delayed until Region II resolves the documentation of emergent technical issues related to the licensees corrective actions in response to the White performance indicator. The staff will inform the Commission prior to issuance of the parallel performance indicator inspection finding (White).
It should be noted that the licensee has not been specifically informed of the regulatory action.
The schedule of issuance and notification is:
