Dear Mr. Keenan:
This refers to the public meeting conducted at the Embassy Suites Hotel in San Luis Obispo, California, on June 26, 2007. The meeting was a Town Hall meeting where the public presented questions and comments to an NRC panel consisting of representatives from Region IV's Division of Reactor Projects and a representative from the NRC's Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation. The meeting attendance list is enclosed. This meeting was recorded by AGP Video and televised on a government channel in San Luis Obispo, California.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter, its enclosure, and your response (if any) will be made available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records component of NRC's document system (ADAMS).
