Dear Mr. Keenan:

This refers to the public meeting conducted at the Embassy Suites Hotel in San Luis Obispo, California, on June 26, 2007. The meeting was a Town Hall meeting where the public presented questions and comments to an NRC panel consisting of representativesfrom Region IV's Division of Reactor Projects and a representative from the NRC's Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation. The meeting attendance list is enclosed. This meeting was recorded by AGP Video and televised on a government channel in San Luis Obispo, California.
