Closeout of Yellow Ticket 020070090 This email is to close out YT 020070090; BWROG Engagement in 10 CFR 50.46a Rulemaking.
On June 28, 2007, the NRC held a conference call with the BWROG to explain to them how we addressed their comments on the draft 50.46a rule. You were the senior management participant in the call. The staff explained its reasons for not incorporating the BWROG comments in the draft final rule. The BWROG did not request any further discussions and/or follow-up meetings.
Liza - Pls. put this email in ADAMS to form a package with the incoming Y. ticket and BWROG letter and send it to FAST to close out the ticket.
