EIR for waste storeage.
Dear NRC Commissioners,
Increasing nuclear waste at the Diablo Canyon Power Plant is a mounting problem.
This becomes ground zero Number 1. In 1957 at a Soviet Waste Center, Kiskym, there was a catastrophic explosion. 50 square miles and thousands of people were destroyed. It is believed the nuclear waste caused the accident, which resulted in a waste land.
So a comple,te EIR is necessary. Please serve the public's interest and do a thorough safety i nvestigation.
