NRC Environmental Assessment of the Diablo Power Plant Against a Terrorist Attack The Nuclear Regulatory Commission's Environmental Assessment of the Diablo Nuclear Powr Plant is inadequate and insignificant.

It does not identify its medthodology.

It does not identify the key documents on which it relies.

It does not adequately account for nuclear pollution, illness and delayed fatalities.

It does not consider many plausible forms of a terrorist attack.

It should be rejected and a correct Environmental Assessment made.
