MILLSTONE POWER STATION, UNIT NOS. 1, 2, AND 3 - CORRECTION OF LETTER FOR ADMINISTRATIVE CHANGE TO FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE COMMISSION ORDER EA-06-037 AND REVISIONS TO PHYSICAL SECURITY PLAN, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATION PLAN, AND SAFEGUARDS CONTINGENCY PLAN (TAC NOS. MD2244 AND MD2245)
Dear Mr. Christian:
On May 29, 2007, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issued an administrative change to Facility Operating Licenses (FOL) Nos. DPR-65 and NPF-49 for Millstone Power Station, Unit Nos. 2 and 3, respectively1. This change was made to incorporate the reference to the revised Physical Security Plan, Safeguards Contingency Plan, and Training and Qualification Plan required by Order EA-06-037, regarding an updated adversary characteristic in the design basis threat.
Subsequently, it was identified that the letter incorrectly referenced Docket Number 50-263 and omitted another applicable Docket Number. The applicable Docket Numbers for this letter are 50-245, 50-336, and 50-423.
D. Christian In addition, it was identified that Enclosure 2, which was originally marked as official use only, did not contain sensitive information. Therefore, the NRC staff has removed the incorrect marking and is releasing Enclosure 2 as an attachment to this correspondence.
