RESPONSE TO NOTICE OF VIOLATION RESULTING FROM THE FINDINGS OF OFFICE OF INVESTIGATIONS CASE 1-2006-014
Dear Mr. Dietrich:
This refers to your letter dated May 21, 2007, in response to our letter dated May 1, 2007. Your response provided Entergys detailed reply to the Notice of Violation enclosed with our May 1 letter involving the June 2005 deliberate misconduct by two nuclear plant operators during a reactor building ventilation system valve positioning and tagging evolution.
Thank you for informing us of your corrective and preventive actions in this matter. Your actions in addressing this issue are subject to future NRC inspection activities.
