Upon consideration of (1) the Licensing Boards May 31, 2007 initial prehearing order in which it requested that applicant PPL Susquehanna LLC (PPL) and the NRC staff specify lead counsel for the purpose of receiving service by regular or overnight mail, facsimile, and hand delivery, Licensing Board Memorandum and Order (Initial Prehearing Order) (May 31, 2007) at 3 n.2, 4 n.3 (unpublished); and (2) the staffs appearance notices submitted on June 5, 2007, it is ORDERED, that, absent some other agreement with PPL and petitioner Eric Joseph Epstein regarding service on staff counsel by regular or overnight mail, facsimile, and hand
- Copies of this order were sent this date by Internet e-mail transmission to (1) counsel for applicant PPL and the staff; and (2) to petitioner Eric Joseph Epstein.
