Operator Licensing Examination Standards For Power Reactors Comments: Recommend changing Note 3 on Forms ES-401-1 and ES-401-2 (BWR and PWR Examination Outlines).
Change Note 3, which currently reads "...operationally important, site-specific systems that are not included on the outline should be added." to "...operationally important, site-specific systems/evolutions that are not included on the outline should be added."
This change is consistent with earlier portions of Note 3, and clarifies the ability to randomly sample from site-specific evolutions (such as Severe Weather AOPs for plants susceptible to hurricanes, etc.).
