Dear Sir or Madam:
Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc. (ENO), is providing notification of a change in the plant-specific 10 CFR 50, Appendix B, Quality Assurance Program being applied for the above facility operating licenses related to the packaging and transportation of radioactive material under 10 CFR Part 71, Subpart H. Palisades Nuclear Plant (PNP) and Big Rock Point Nuclear Plant (BRPNP) have adopted, in its entirety, the Entergy Operations, Inc. (EOI), common Quality Assurance Program Manual (QAPM), effective April 11, 2007.
The Nuclear Regulatory Commission approved the current revision to the EOI QAPM in a Safety Evaluation dated December 9, 2004. Revision 16 to the QAPM includes the PNP and BRPNP docket numbers. QAPM, Revision 16, is included in the annual 10 CFR 50.54(a) submittal, which is expected to be submitted in May 2007.
Summary of Commitments This letter contains no new commitments and no revisions to existing commitments.
