PILGRIM NUCLEAR POWER STATION - WITHDRAWAL OF A RELIEF REQUEST (TAC NO. MD2477)

Dear Mr. Kansler:

By letter dated June 28, 2006, you applied for a relief request to the Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station. The relief request would have modified the Third Ten-Year Inservice Inspection Program pertaining to the proposed alternatives in accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations Section 50.55a. Subsequently, by letter dated May 16, 2007, you withdrew the relief request.

The purpose of this letter is to advise that the above cited application is being treated as withdrawn.
