Dear Mr. Christian:
This letter is to inform you that as of June 1, 2007, Mr. Richard A. Jervey is assigned as the Nuclear Regulatory Commission=s Project Manager (PM) for North Anna Power Station, Unit Nos. 1 and 2 (North Anna), and will serve as backup PM for Surry Power Station, Unit Nos. 1 and 2 (Surry). Mr. Siva P. Lingam will continue to serve as the PM for Surry and will act as backup PM for North Anna.
Please include Mr. Jervey and Mr. Lingam on your distribution for all licensing correspondence related to North Anna and Surry. Also, please remove from your distribution, Mr. Robert E.
Martin and Mr. Leonard N. Olshan who were previously backup PMs for North Anna and Surry respectively.
