This letter is to inform the Nuclear Regulatory Commission of change in personnel involving the position of Facility Director at the University of Missouri -' Rolla'Reactor Facility. Dr. Arvind Kumar is the Facility Director as of May 11, 2007 and replaces Interim Director William Bonzer.
