Per our conversation on GE-Hitachi Chris, David and Scott The proposed license amendments do not include proposed amendment to the Technical Specifications.
In at least two Technical Specifications the General Electric Company is used. Please propose modifications to the Technical Specifications for the proposed direct transfer of ownership from the General Electric Company to GE-HITACHI NUCLEAR ENERGY AMERICAS, LLC. Please provide a markup and a clean version of the changes. If an electronic version is available, please provide such.
