Dear Mr. Lickus:

Attached are the revised pages to the Emergency Operations Plans for the State of Wisconsin and Kenaunee and Manitowoc Counties. The revised pages are dated as follows: for the State of Wisconsin. May 2006 and February 2007; for Kewaunee County, June 2006 and February 2007; and for Manitowoc County, August 2006 and February 2007. Please note that portions of the February 2007 updates may supersede earlier updates. Portions of Kewaunee and Manitowoc Counties lie within the Kewaunee Power Stations and Point Beach Nuclear Power Plants 10-mile Emergency Planning Zones (EPZs). The most recent plan update for Pierce County, which lies within the Prairie Island Nuclear Generating Plants 10-mile EPZ, was dated February 2006, and mas re\\ iewed previously by the Radiological Assistance Committee. No further changes have been submitted for re\\ iew.

We request that you review this material for conformity to Title 44, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 350, and the requirements in NUREG-0654. Please provide written comments regarding your review by June 8, 2007. Please retain the prior approved plan sections until all Radiological Assistance Committee members have provided us with their review comments. At that time we will notify you of our findings concerning final approval, and provide updating instructions.
