This summary refers to the management meeting conducted at your request at the Region II Office in Atlanta, Georgia on May 2, 2007. The purpose of the meeting was to brief the licensee's Post Outage Review of Refueling Outage 16. Enclosed is a list of attendees and the licensees handout.

The discussions focused on the following topics: Outage Goals and Scope, Major Outage Projects, Emergent Activities, Radiation Protection and Exposure Performance. The meeting was informative and did not result in any specific regulatory decisions.
