AGENDA IP Fish Sampling Conf Call 2/21/07 9:00 - 10:00AM

1. Confirm upstream location - Near Catskill, NY

2. Reach consensus on species to be sampled -

- Shad I

- Blue Crab IFor NRC Requirement to sample commercially important species.

- White Perch

- American Eel

- Catfish (Channel or White)

- Pumpkin Seed

- Carp

3. Reach consensus on guidelines for what to do if one or more species is not available at a sample location.

4. Reach consensus on sample homogenization and splitting protocol.

5. Plan for final conference call between labs on sample prep and analysis protocols to minimize to the extent practical the variability between the three lab results.
