(1) Letter of February 12, 2007 to Dairyland Power Cooperative (2) Order EA-07-14 Additional Security Measures for Shipments of Radioactive Material in Quantities of Concern (3) DPC / NRC Telephone conference of April 12, 2007 Re: Clarification of requirements in the RAMQC orders As of the date of this letter, Dairyland Power Cooperative (DPC) is in full compliance with the applicable portions of the RAMQC ASM orders as understood from the orders, the NEI implementation guidelines, and the above referenced phone conference. Since the timing associated with many of the requirements coincides with the actual shipment, and due to existing dependencies on outside organizations, not all aspects of the orders have been fully implemented. DPC will implement the remaining portions of the orders prior to the shipment leaving and while the shipment is in transit, as applicable.
